Policies

Accommodation

  • Check-in/out - 3pm/11am 
  • Cancellations - Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of the booking total. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
  • Damages - Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, or additional cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
  • peak period terms - A minimum stay applies: 2 nights on weekends, 3 nights on long weekends and school holiday weekends, and 4 nights over Easter and Christmas. Midweek school holiday stays require a 2-night minimum.
  • No pets allowed, except considered on a case-by-case basis. Service dogs allowed.

 

Memberships + Shop 

  • Renewals - billed annually until canceled with 30 days notice 
  • age/discretion clauses - all events are 18yrs+, reserve the right to entry 
  • By purchasing alcohol from Borrodell Estate, you confirm you are 18 years or older and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your jurisdiction.

 

Dining & Events

  • View house policy 
  • No shows incur a $50 per person charge 
  • Dining fees - 1.5% credit card fee / 15% surcharge on Sundays & public holidays

 

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase
  • Redeemable across eligible Borrodell Estate experiences and purchases
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to activate
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
  • Physical gift cards incur a postage fee
