Accommodation
- Check-in/out - 3pm/11am
- Cancellations - Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of the booking total. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Damages - Guests are responsible for any damage, breakages, or additional cleaning costs incurred during their stay.
- peak period terms - A minimum stay applies: 2 nights on weekends, 3 nights on long weekends and school holiday weekends, and 4 nights over Easter and Christmas. Midweek school holiday stays require a 2-night minimum.
- No pets allowed, except considered on a case-by-case basis. Service dogs allowed.
Memberships + Shop
- Renewals - billed annually until canceled with 30 days notice
- age/discretion clauses - all events are 18yrs+, reserve the right to entry
- By purchasing alcohol from Borrodell Estate, you confirm you are 18 years or older and legally permitted to purchase alcohol in your jurisdiction.
Dining & Events

- No shows incur a $50 per person charge
- Dining fees - 1.5% credit card fee / 15% surcharge on Sundays & public holidays
Gift Vouchers
- Gift cards are valid for 3 years from date of purchase
- Redeemable across eligible Borrodell Estate experiences and purchases
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- eGift Cards may take up to 24 hours to activate
- Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
- Physical gift cards incur a postage fee
